Quality & Code of Ethics
:High Quality and Ethics, together with proven experience, permeate all stages of the recruitment process.

You can expect that:
  • We accept fees only from client companies, never from potential executives.
  • We limit the number of clients in any one industry.
  • All information obtained from clients or executives is held in the strictest confidence.
  • We accept only those assignments we feel confident of completing satisfactorily.
  • We will not accept an assignment unless we have access to all necessary information.
  • Under no circumstances do we approach executives in client companies without prior permission.
  • We work only on an exclusive basis.
  • We never work on a contingency basis.
  • Our assessment of the candidate's ability to cope with the situation in question is ultimately decided by a thorough collection of references.
  • We endeavour to carefully check the information supplied by a suitable candidate.
  • We handle all contacts with prospective candidates in the same way we handle all information on our client: with respect for their dignity.
  • We do not undertake assignments for clients in cases where previous assignments might involve a conflict of interest (e.g. competition).
  • We always sign a written contract with our client setting out the nature and conditions of the assignment.
  • We only provide candidates with information about the company that has been approved by the client.
  • We only present candidates who, after extensive research and evaluation, are found to be fully qualified for the relevant position, according to the agreed requirement profile.
  • High ethical standards of professional behaviour are maintained, both externally and internally.
  • We adhere to a code of professional ethics with an emphasis on honesty and integrity, handling our relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues with great care. Above all, we value quality.
  • We are committed to maintaining complete confidentiality, and will not reveal privileged information about clients or candidates without their consent.
  • Inherent in our culture is the belief that the way we interact with candidates is a reflection of our client's organization and all it represents.
