Chris has conducted numerous executive search assignments both in the UK and in South Africa, acquiring extensive experience in cross-border searches for multinational clients. His early career included senior marketing positions at the Coca-Cola Company as well as entrepreneurial and corporate experience in the commercial refrigeration industry. Latterly, he worked at Deloitte in its executive search division, eventually forming part of a management buy-out which ultimately became EMA Partners SA. He focuses on the manufacturing, packaging, FMCG and mining sectors. Functions include CEO, finance, operations, human resources, sales & marketing and general management. Chris also serves the global EMA Partners organisation as Vice-President Finance.

Initially an educationalist by training, and a human resource executive and consultant by profession, David brings a wealth of valuable experience to his many loyal clients in the coastal region. He specializes mainly in manufacturing, mining, and consumer marketing. His extensive business experience and consulting skills, however, have allowed him to forge highly effective long term relationships across a broad spectrum of industry sectors.

Mike has gained valuable management experience working in senior marketing and communications positions in the UK, USA and Japan.
